Products and natural variation

Kaya Natural products are made using natural fibres, plant-based dyes, and considered artisan processes. Variations in colour, texture, weave, dimensions, and finish may occur between samples, photographs, and finished pieces. These variations are part of the character of naturally made textiles and are not automatically defects.

Product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, availability, and specifications are provided for guidance and may change as collections develop. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate, but do not guarantee that every screen will display colour or texture exactly as the physical product appears.

Enquiries, quotes, and orders

An enquiry, catalogue request, trade request, or sample request does not by itself create a contract or guarantee availability. Quotes, lead times, minimum quantities, delivery estimates, and product specifications are confirmed in writing for the relevant enquiry or order.

An order becomes binding only after Kaya Natural has accepted it in writing and any required payment or deposit has been received. We may decline, suspend, or adjust an order where a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, a price has changed, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Pricing and payment

Prices and payment terms are confirmed for each order or trade quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quoted prices may exclude taxes, delivery, duties, installation, or other project costs. Payments must be made using the method and within the time stated in the relevant invoice or order confirmation.

Delivery and inspection

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed in writing. Customers should inspect packaging and products promptly after delivery and notify us as soon as possible about any visible damage, shortage, or suspected defect, including supporting photographs where appropriate.

Changes, cancellations, and returns

Changes or cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to acceptance. Made-to-order, customised, cut, dyed, or already-in-production goods may not be cancellable or returnable. Any applicable return, replacement, refund, or restocking terms will be confirmed for the relevant order and will be subject to applicable consumer law.

Intellectual property

The Kaya Natural name, logo, product photography, designs, text, graphics, catalogues, and other website materials belong to Kaya Natural or its licensors. You may view and share links to the website for legitimate purposes, but you must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, or use these materials commercially without written permission.
